Gastronomy based on the native products of the region:

  • Wild mushrooms. Impressive variety, cooked in many different ways
  • Lamb (suckling lamb). Shoulder of lamb roasted in a wood stove, grilled or charcoal grilled ribs and chops
  • Beef. Fillet and sirloin steak cooked in different ways
  • Game. Partridge, boar and venison
  • Magret and confit duck
  • Cod and miscellaneous fish from the Cantabrian Sea

The “Bodegón de Malacán” Restaurant wine cellar, with more than 150 references, stores a wide variety of reds (from crianzas to grandes reservas and vinos de autor), rosés and whites, as well as cavas and champagnes.
